We started off by managing our own properties, as a fun game. Soon we have realised we actually enjoy property management, therefore we have decided to link this service into our concierge company.

The main reason why we are successful at managing properties is because we treat each and every of them as they would be our own child.

It takes about 6 month for us to prepare a home for rental and, when it’s done, we personally move into the property to experience the goods and not so goods. We don’t want our customers to go through this process.

Only after the property has passed our personal test, and everything is perfect down to every detail…it is ready for business.
